How ClearToSwim closes and reopens a pool

While the pool is open the crowd swims and lounges: two swim lengths in roped lanes, one takes turns off the diving board, one rides the slide, and one plays at the steps. When caution begins a few climb out and head for their chairs. When the pool closes everyone leaves the water at the beach entry, the steps or a ladder, gathers their towel and shelters inside the pool house, and the water stands empty under the rain. While it reads REOPENING SOON everyone stays inside. When it reopens the crowd comes back out and most return to the water; in the severe storm it reopens under caution, so a few keep to their chairs until the caution lifts.
