A simulated top-down view of a community pool. While the pool is open the crowd swims and lounges: two swim lengths in roped lanes, one takes turns off the diving board, one rides the slide, and one plays at the steps. When caution begins a few climb out and head for their chairs. While the pool is closed everyone leaves the water at the beach entry, the steps or a ladder, gathers their towel and shelters inside the pool house, and the water stands empty under the rain. When the pool reopens they come back out.
ClearToSwim is an informational aid, not a safety guarantee. Always follow official warnings. If you see lightning or hear thunder, get out of the water and take shelter in a substantial building or a hard-topped vehicle. Wait until 30 minutes after the last thunder before returning to the water. © 2026 Borah Logistics LLC.
